Hotspot Woredas (Areas of Concern) Classification Guideline
The Hotspot Woredas Classification Guideline which was developed in May 2014 is primarily intended for stakeholders involved in hotspot woredas classifications at the woreda, zonal, regional and federal levels. It is also intended to broaden the understanding of humanitarian actors supporting nutrition, WaSH, education, child protection, agriculture, health and food security-related assessments and responses in terms of the process and indicators identified in the hotspot classification exercises across the country.
